Struggling with the beauty within you Vs the chaos around you
- You feel constantly and painfully pulled between what you love and what is going on in the world.
- You are jittery. Your nervous system is out of whack. You can't find your place of serenity.
- You are getting sick more than usual, with constant colds.
- You feel overwhelmed half of the time and the other, you feel exhausted.
- You have personal growth tools. You do practices for your bodymind. And yet you find yourself constantly with a tight chest, locked jaw, knotted stomach or tense shoulders.
- Cause 1:There is simply too much to process at all levels: political, personal, planetary... It feels as if you were under a mudslide.
- Cause 2: The death of the old world and the birth of the New Earth are not happening "out there." They are happening through your physical and energy bodies. You are the bridge. These symptoms are part of the transfiguration and cause what energy workers are calling ascension fatigue.
- You need a support that addresses all these layers holistically, focusing on both your well-being and your capacity to be part of the solution while helping you stay in the joy zone.
Struggling to take focused action Vs the constant chaos and destructive bombardment that this regime creates.
When the mind and nervous system are bombarded with too many problems, too much stimuli, our nervous system goes out of wack. Our mind cannot focus. You need life strategies to follow the political strategies that help us defeat a democratic backslide. If you are a recovering caretaker, as many healers and leaders are, your wounds may be triggered.
You go out of balance. This may look like neglecting your self-care or body. It may look like overworking and trying to save the world all by yourself. You may go into panic at moments. Or your system closes off and you get depressed, exhausted or almost apathetic. How can you stay working to create the world you want under these conditions?
The key to staying in your serenity center and keep walking in beauty as you fight for democracy is this: stay focused on what is been born. See and seize the possibilities. And this is something that needs you to be in a community of like-hearted Wise Women that help you keep your eye in what we are creating.
You are not the bird with clipped wings trapped in the cage of destruction.
With a shift of attention to what is being born from the ruins,
you return to your freedom opening your creative wings
to fly higher and capture the opportunities to create a new world.
You are creating solutions, sharing goodness, acting from kindness, choosing freedom.
But every day there's a new cloud of toxic hatred contaminating you.
Sometimes it's hard to shake it off.
When the authoritarian floods the zone with terrible things, toxic hatred, conflict and endless destruction, we must develop a disciplined practice of uplifting, clearing and balancing.
We need to increase the level of self-care, including practices to clear away foreign and toxic energies from our body as well as elevating our frequency and receiving the transmissions that are available to us during this Pachakuti, so that we become disentangled from the terror of the tyrant, returning to the frequency of the New Earth.
In the Walk in Beauty MasterSoul Group we will explore practices such as qigong, tapping, organ cleansing, flipping perception, loving detachment and others to help you stay free of the toxins of the regime.

We cannot solve a problem
from the same level of consciousness that created it.
We must allow our frequency to be uplifted and upgraded
through practices that keep us disentangled from the regime's traps.

I have spent my many decades of life in a creative life laboratory to free myself of the traps, habits and beliefs that keep me constrained into my Tiny Self, my learned tiny story. In order to do this, I have discovered many transformation tools. In 1993 I was then asked to begin my shaman's training; which was developed through art experiences~ as art is my language. Art in many expressions: visual art, poetry, storytelling, movement/dance, shapeshifting/enactment and voice/sound. I was in my initiation doing this for seven years. Then my training took me into traveling to South Africa and Mexico (Yucatan), where I met with other Spiritual/Energy healers, shamans and sangomas.
Since then I have translated my discoveries, transformation practices and spiritual guidance into new systems and programs for self-growth and transformation for women. I serve women because I base my work in the Sacred Feminine, in the needs and wisdom of the female psyche and perspective and in the teachings of the Sacred Feminine School of Wisdom. A lot of it can be used by people of all genders, but some of it needs to be adapted for men and other genders.
